Some scenes call for panoramic, some for colour, some for lack of.  All call for an investment of time and effort to allow nature to disclose itself to you in its full glory.  Waking in the early morning ambrosial hours to be on location by 4:30am is a frequent occurrence.  I believe the discipline is drawn from my desire to convey the mood altering ability of creation.  The reward is to create something that when your vision receives it, your spirit is regenerated.  Photography allows that.

To facilitate website display, the images are in simple JPG format.  We have attempted to maintain high quality for online viewing, but the conversion (and computer monitors) discard a vast amount of colour and subtle detail present in the originals.
